The Society maintains a well stocked wine cellar comprising Australian wines of all styles and varieties as well as overseas wines – French (Champagne, white and red Burgundy, red Bordeaux, Sauternes), German white and Portugese vintage Port.
Management of the Cellar is the responsibility of a Wine Committee which includes the Vice President – Wine Master, Cellar Master, Wine Scribe and a Committee Member Wine.
Each member of the Society holds Cellar Debentures, purchased progressively during the first 12 months of membership.
